Southern Africa is a great place to travel, and to do it piloting your own aeroplane is very special. The weather is favourable and the landscape and game are magnificent. There are numerous aviation facilities and the people friendly. While there are challenges enough to excite, it’s also quite easily managed.
Flying yourself around Southern Africa is an incredibly rewarding experience. Sling Aircraft are ideal tools for the job – comfortable, safe, robust and convenient.
The Sling is a beautifully engineered aeroplane. It makes a fantastic training platform and somehow manages to strike perfectly that ideal balance between light and responsive handling while remaining always docile and safe to fly.
I’ve no reservation recommending the Sling 2 or 4 as a flight school aeroplane.
With the Sling TSi, Sling Aircraft has designed a winner. It’s simple and powerful, carries an excellent weight, is economical and clips along at a really useful speed. There’s no question it’ll make an excellent touring aircraft.
